The room was clean, the washrooms were clean. Bed was really comfy. The bedsheets and linen was new and fresh. we read alot of reviews related to roaches and Bed Bugs, but we didnt found any of these issues rather found it good :)

The staff was extremely helpful and nice! The room had nice LED lights and the beds are comfortable. We could not use the dresser bc the drawers were broken.The rest of the room was very outdated and had 3 different styles of flooring.if updated, be nice 👍

We were traveling to VA Beach to adopt a dog for my daughter. The staff was very friendly to us. Our room was clean, our new dog was accepted there. We plan to return with our new friend when we come to visit VA Beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. Pretty much in the center of everywhere we needed to go. The clerk that checked us in was definitely on it! He took care of us.

It was really relaxing and other guests at the location were very friendly it was easy to get to other places and the staff were professional and friendly. I’d visit again.

The only negative about the stay is how hard getting a late check out to noon was 15 mins prior to checkout we were being asked if leaving and then would proceed to almost push us out the door. Wasnt even asked if we needed an extra 10 minutes or would be willing to pay late check out. I just found it unsettling that we were basically pushed out and give spent thousands of dollars at this hotel just in the past 3 years.
